Molly co-founded W4Sight in 2009. She has a passion for improving public service through technology. Molly takes a strategic approach to defining solutions that are tailored to the culture and capabilities of the organization. Leveraging a technical background with public sector domain expertise, she delivers solutions that address current problems while building a framework for the future. Molly holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Purdue University, an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and is PMP certified.

Debbie co-founded W4Sight in 2009. She is an expert in software selection and implementation, and ensures that the tools are always tied to a strong business purpose. Debbie is a seasoned veteran in leading projects from beginning to end – from facilitating the strategic planning to identifying organizational needs and priorities, managing the implementation phase, to transitioning system management and ownership to the client. Debbie has a master's degree in public policy from the University of Chicago and a bachelor's degree in American history and urban studies from Northwestern University.

Jodi Nemser-Abrahams Jodi spent the first half of her career working in social service organizations focused on immigrant services, at-risk youth, outdoor education, and teen career development. In each role she took on, Jodi found herself inevitably becoming “the data person.” After being charged with leading a Salesforce migration in 2010, she finally admitted to herself that, at heart, she really was a data person. Since then, Jodi has focused her work on nonprofits implementing Salesforce. She is the co-leader of the Boston Salesforce Nonprofit User Group and is a Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Platform App Builder, and Certified Community Cloud Consultant. Jodi has a BA in Political Science and Spanish from Marlboro College in Vermont.

Jill Cohen Niewoehner began her career as a social worker working with domestic violence victims, and children of drug addicted parents. For the past 20 years she has specialized in software implementation and training for non-profit organizations, psychologists, social workers and physicians. She has the ability to break down complicated technical issues into digestible pieces while focusing on an individual organization's needs and priorities. She has a particular interest in complex data conversions and donor management systems. Jill has a BA from the University of Michigan and an MSW from The Jane Addams School of Social Work.
